1. Cold Brew Concentrate
Strong & versatile. Perfect if you like to customize each cup or want to make iced lattes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (85g) coarsely ground Gold Nugget Espresso (or bold roast of your choice)
- 4 cups cold, filtered water
Instructions:
- Add grounds to a cold brew maker with built-in filter or mix with water in a jar/pitcher.
- Stir to saturate, cover, and steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours.
- Strain (if needed) and refrigerate.
To Serve:
Mix 1 part concentrate with 1–2 parts water or milk. Serve over ice.
**Pro tip: Use ice made of frozen coffee to ensure your cold brew doesn't get diluted as the ice melts.
2. Cold Brew Latte
Creamy, chilled, and easy to personalize.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup cold brew concentrate (from above)
- ½ cup milk or dairy-free alternative
- Sweetener to taste (vanilla syrup, maple, etc.)
- Ice
Optional: Dash of cinnamon, cocoa, or a drizzle of caramel
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Stir sweetener into cold brew.
- Add milk, stir again, and top with optional flavors.
3. Ready-to-Drink Cold Brew (Regular Strength)
No dilution needed—just pour and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (85g) coarsely ground Gold Nugget Espresso (or bold roast of your choice)
- 6–8 cups cold, filtered water (depending on how strong you like it)
Instructions:
- Add coffee and water to your cold brew maker or jar.
- Stir, steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours, then strain.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
To Serve:
Pour over ice and enjoy—no dilution necessary!
