Cold Brew Three Ways!

Cold Brew Three Ways!

1. Cold Brew Concentrate

Strong & versatile. Perfect if you like to customize each cup or want to make iced lattes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (85g) coarsely ground Gold Nugget Espresso (or bold roast of your choice)
  • 4 cups cold, filtered water

Instructions:

  1. Add grounds to a cold brew maker with built-in filter or mix with water in a jar/pitcher.
  2. Stir to saturate, cover, and steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours.
  3. Strain (if needed) and refrigerate.

To Serve:

Mix 1 part concentrate with 1–2 parts water or milk. Serve over ice.

**Pro tip: Use ice made of frozen coffee to ensure your cold brew doesn't get diluted as the ice melts.
